HR & Admin Manager
Responsibility: l Full Spectrum of HR and Recruitment operation ² Employee relations ² Manpower planning ² Staff recruitment ² Compensation and benefits ² Performance management ² Payroll ² Import labor administration l Review and implement company policies and procedures that comply with company’s strategic development l Handle ad hoc projects as required Requirements: l Degree holder in Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines l Minimum 5 years experience with 3 years managerial level, preferably in gambling industry l Well versed in Macau labor Ordinance and other related statutory ordinances. l Experience in handling import labor administration is an advantage. l Mature, analytical thinking, well-organized, meticulous, strong leadership and interpersonal skills l Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing l Good command in English, Chinese and Putonghua Interested parties please send your full resume including your current and expected salary to kanlee@ltgame.net |
