Personnel Manager – Casino / Gaming
Responsibilities: - Handle all Personnel related spectrums including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance evaluation, assist in manpower planning, staffs development, legal cases, visa application, insurance issue & general office administration; - Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing company and personnel policies; - Participate in ad-hoc assignment. Requirements: - Degree in related disciplines; - At least 3 years of relevant experience in which 2 years in managerial level; - Experience in Casino / Gaming Personnel field is preferable; - Familiar with Macau Labor Laws, related process; - Familiar with windows, Excel and Power- point etc; - Effective communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; - Macau ID Holder ONLY.
