To supervise and monitor the performance of customer service and security staff. 2. To monitor and ensure that the security measures are effectively implemented. 3. To undertake staff management and planning for staff training. 4. To motivate good work spirit in the environment of the estate. 5. To handle residents’ complaints and evaluation for proactive action for improvement. 6. To promote good relationship and keep close contact with residents. 7. To attend meetings with the owners and local organization for regular review of the owners’ needs for improvement. 8. To co-ordinate with the Police and Fire Services Department for management and operational needs. 9. To conduct regular meetings with team members to review their performance. 10. To conduct surprise spot checks at night and during holidays to monitor the performance of team members. 11. To monitor the performance of services provider and contractors. Job Requirements 1. A diploma or certificate holder in hotel or related management. 2. Over 8 years’ customer services experience in hotel or related field. 3. Professional trainer, excellent interpersonal, communication skill 4.
