IT Support 電腦技術員

Responsibilities 

·              To monitor all systems are on line with business and day-to-day operation activities

·             To handle operating system, office and business software installation and implementation

·             Network Infrastructure and Administration, including participating in dedicated project tasks

·             Hardware repair & maintenance for PC & Equipment

·             Trouble shooting, user support on using software and hardware

·             To handle system backup and recovery, virus cleaning and prevention

Requirements

·             Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines, with relevant working experience is preferred.

·             Familiar with Windows 2000 / XP/ NT, MS Office, TCP/IP networking, Windows Domain

·              Knowledge of computer programming is preferred

·             Backup solutions, networking equipment

·             Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage

·             Strong in problem solving, with good communication skills and telephone manner

·              A self-motivated and enthusiastic team player

·             Shift duty is required

·             Immediate available is preferred
