A global commodities trading business is seeking an Assistant Operation Manager to function as a coordinator between the production plants and international customers to ensure efficient and quality delivery.

Responsibility:

• Manage order distribution and sales administration
• Give recommendation for improvement in order processing, pricing, shipment, invoicing to meet company and customer expectations
• Assist management in volume allocation / revenue forecasting
• Generate customized management reports for performance measurement
• Team supervision

Requirement:

• Fluent English and Mandarin speaker
• 5-8 years in trading related business environment
• Strong SAP user and knowledge of L/C is a must
• Sales order management
• Customer order delivery management
• MBA or Degree in Econ/Finance/Accounting is a plus
• Proactive, hands on, meticulous, work under pressure, independent thinker with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline
• Valid Macau ID
