Kings Consulting Limited is now inviting caliber candidate to apply for the position of Player Marketing Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
• To assist the Business Development Managers in the development, implementation and coordination of player activities and promotions
• To handle daily player communications, and to deliver instant customer services
• To support marketing activities designed to maximize the poker player retention
• To coordinate, work closely with the Events team on the execution of all offline events and marketing programs
• To assist in generating ideas and scoping player promotions and activities
• To coordinate internally to execute all partner deliverables
• To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned and offer general team support
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with considerable exposure in land-based gaming environment; with a focus on customer service highly preferred
• Knowledge of Poker and/ or other casino games is an advantage
• Independent, hands-on and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to cope and deliver under pressure, great attention to detail
• Excellent communications and presentation skills; good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin preferred
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability preferred
