Our client is a Chinese-invested enterprise based in Macau. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Communication Manager to join their team in Macau:
Job roles & Responsibility
l Identify main client groups and audiences and determine the best way to communicate publicity information to them.
l Liaise with clients, designers, production team and business partners
l Write interesting and effective press releases, prepare information for media kits and develop and maintain company internet or intranet web pages.
l Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports
l Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.
l Manage communications budgets.
l Assign, supervise and review the activities of public relations staff.
l Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials and media representatives.
l Establish a good relationship between clients and suppliers.
l Maintain company archives.
l Familiar with the industry, such as media, sponsors, suppliers and other networks
l Plan and execute marketing and communications programs
l Cooperation with internal teams to organize, implement and execute marketing programs, events and tradeshow participations
l Excellent networking, communication and presentation skills
l Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment
l Excellent and efficient writing and oral communication skills in Putonghua, Chinese and English
l Ability to manage multiple projects and demands at a time.
l Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management
