Account Manager
Company Our client offers best practice expertise in online marketing solutions which include SEO, Search Engine Marketing, Web design & development and Social Media Marketing. Due to expansion and business growth, they are looking for experienced Account Manager to join their Macau or Hong Kong team.
 
Purpose of this role: You will have a dedicated number of key customers you will need to service. Your role is to make sure these customers are happy with the service we provide, have access to you for any requests they have and be able to up-sell them our additional products and services that can help them improve businesses.
 
Primary Function of this role: Ensuring the customer is 100% satisfied and informed at all times. You areresponsible for being on top of every aspect of every project underway, key milestones,deliverables, estimated development stage and client communications.You will work in both a pre sales role and a post sales role. For presales, you will be asubject matter expert, business analyst and design consultant. In post sales, you willensure the smooth on time, on cost and on quality delivery of the project.
 
Major Responsibilities:
 
Account Management
-          Primary point of contact for existing client business
-          Up to date and accurate database and contact list for the clients
-          Be active in client meetings to design and architect solutions for the client
-          Quality of notes and documentation leading to successful product delivery
-          Interface between all aspects of the project and the customer to ensure expectations are set and met
-          On time and to specification of project quote
-          Manage change requests from the client ensuring sign off of changes and charges
-          Accurate accounts
-          Identifying customer needs and matching our products to help them
-          Meetings at agreed times with well kept and maintained client notes
-          Prepare quotes and invoices as required and as directed by the business
-          Up to date client CRM quotes and opportunities
-          Ensure accounts are paid on time and any arrears are notified to Accounts immediately
-          Total number of debtors
-          Quality control
-          Ensure an expected level of quality to match the project
