- Devise, establish, maintain and review a comprehensive audit trail for Cage transactions
- Establish, maintain and review a comprehensive Cage Risk management policy
- Provide leadership and coaching to the Cage Management and support Staff
- Ability to respond to multiple information requests from Patrons, Management and staff
- Ability to implement and monitor new administrative procedures as dictated from time to time
- Open-minded, outgoing, positive and creative
Requirements: - Must be eligible to hold a local Key Gaming License
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Minimum of 5 years Cage experience of which 3 years would be at Shift Manager or equivalent level
- Extensive knowledge of all Cage internal controls, policies and procedures
- Extensive knowledge of the day to day operation/administration of all Cage transactions
- Understands and adheres to DICJ requirements
- Must be eligible to hold a local Key Gaming License
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
