- Maintain immaculate food and beverage service opening and closing mise en place, clean menu and glasses, decanting equipment, serviettes and ice buckets/stands.
- Assist service team when necessary with set up and food serving.
- Making good relationship with guests, colleagues and supplier.
- Review customer feedback, operational issues and taking necessary action immediately.
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Ability to read and write
- Positive approach to customer service
- Able to handle physically demanding workload
