• Coordinate closely with the departmental staff to ensure the delivery of guest services;
• Meet regularly with superiors to manage the deliverables to those properties;
• Follow the KPI’s across all departments under the scope to ensure correct standards of quality and productivity;
• Implement the Department and Specific Operating Procedures to ensure maximum comforts for guests;
• Implement preventive maintenance program to ensure the upkeep of the Hotel Buildings and its Operating Equipments;
• Coordinate and conduct regular inspection of buildings to ensure strict compliance with government, fire and safety regulations and license requirements. Recommend and/or take action to ensure compliance;
• Facilitate and conduct continuous training programs for employees on new operation techniques to increase productivities and maximize revenue and guest services for the hotel. Implement and administer an energy management program;
• Implement control practices/systems in all operating departments and to review as and when necessary;
• Perform all functions as and when required by the management. Requirements: - Secondary school graduated preferred
- At least2 years of supervisory experience in hotel or related industry
- Solid working knowledge in hotel or related operations
- Strong oral communication skills.
