Human Resourse Manager
Job Responsibilities: - Manage full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits management and administration as well as employee relations and other HR administrative duties
- Review and streamline work process and procedure to enhance work efficiency
- Handle HR initiatives and projects to meet with the Company’s objectives
- Supporting general office administration duties
- Training up junior HR executives focusing on recruitment
Job Requirements: - Degree holder in HR Management or Business Management
- With at least 5 years HR generalist role in retail industry is preferred
- Sound knowledge of Macau employment ordinance
- Independent, self-motivated, team player and able to work under pressure
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred
