Job Duties:

Develops, oversees and continually improves the warranty administration processes of the business. S/He is also responsible for managing replaced parts according to Porsche China’s policy.

Qualification Required:

- Minimum college degree,university degree in relevant field of study preferred
- Experience in the automotive After Sales / Warranty Business is preferred
- Excellent customer service mentality with ability to quickly build strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in team
- Works well under pressure
- Proficient skills on MS office, Lotus Notes and so on
