Job Duties: - To manage compliance risk of the Branch
- To formulate, review and roll-out regulatory compliance related policies and guidelines
- To understand the Branch's business and operations, and provide advice, interpretation and recommendation on existing and new regulatory compliance requirements
- To provide compliance advisory support in current and new business initiatives
- To develop and provide compliance training to the staff on a need basis
- To undertake ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements: - University graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the banking industry. Candidate with exposure in compliance or regulatory knowledge is a definite asset (Candidate with less experience might be considered for the post of Assistant Compliance Manager)
- Mature, independent and detail minded
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with business and supporting units
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good knowledge of MS Office
