- Check if sales channels comply with the policies and procedures in daily operations through regular compliance check and give recommendations for improvement
- Review system logic and co-ordinate with related parties on enhancements for increasing frontlines' and sales channels' productivity
- Define sales and customer service operational procedures for all offerings of products and services
Requirements - University Graduate with minimum of 1-2 years' relevant working experience in telecommunications industry
- Proficiency in Chinese Word Processing and MS. Office
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal & communication skills in dealing with different levels of people
- Proactive, energetic dynamic and mature team player with positive attitude
