Assistant Boutique Manager
Responsibilities - Manage and oversee the day-to-day boutique operations
- Develop and meet the turnover target set by the company
- Formulate and implement the action plan of boutique
- Motivate and drive the sales team to perform excellent customer services
- Directly report to the Retail Operations Manager
Requirements - 6 years' luxury retail experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level
- Sound knowledge in watch industry is a definite asset
- Strong motivation to establish good customer relationship
- Mature, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good Command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
