A F&B company in Venetian is currently looking for high caliber people for the following position.

Human Resources Manager

• To direct all recruitment and staffing,organizational development,compensation and benefits program;
• To manage all HR activities including manpower planning, recruitment, staff training and employee relations;
• To recruit, manage and train the workforce from PRC and overseas;
• To set up strategic human resources plans and budgeting;

• To review and implement HR policies and procedures

  Requirements:

•      University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
•       5 years working experience;
•       Experience in a multicultural and sizeable organization, applying and recruiting overseas labour;
•       Well-versed in Macau labour laws, rules and regulations as well as HR practices;
•       Excellent command in English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;
•       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•       Experience in Casino / Gaming HR field is preferable.
