NagaWorld Limited is a subsidiary of NagaCorp Limited, a Publicly Listed gaming and entertainment company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is the first and best integrated hotel entertainment complex in the fast developing Mekong region.

With the existing NagaWorld complex reaching full capacity on a regular basis, NagaCorp is constructing Naga2 a stone throw away from the current premises. Naga2 will house an additional 800 hotel rooms, 100 luxury suites and a 2500 seat theatre.
Naga City Walk, an exclusive duty free retail mall will connect the two complexes. Naga City Walk is expected to be launched later this year with Naga2 expected to be in operation by June 2017.
In addition to the expansion plan in Cambodia, in 2015, NagaCorp held its groundbreaking ceremony in Vladivostok, Russia for the Primorsky Entertainment Resort City "PERC" project which is expected to be completed in 2018.
 

F&B Trainer

Job Purpose

The F&B Training Manager will provide all supporting training programs for all F&B outlet team members in order to enable them to perform their duties more effectively and to ensure the utmost culinary experience for the guests.

General Job Functions

  • Initiates, co-ordinates, executes and follows-up on all training activities within all the F&B outlets;
  • Monitors the on-going training activities in every F&B outlet and if needed provide training support;
  • Maintains complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, services/features and hours of operation;
  • Conducts training and development programs for all team members on a regular basis;
  • Updates training materials to make these more relevant to the needs of the organization;
  • Develops internal training competencies and establishes training structure for on-the-job training that will support career development and advancement of team members;
  • Coordinates with Human Resources in relation to administration of employee performance reviews and identifies performance gaps that can be addressed by training;
  • Provides and supports cross-training and professional development opportunities;
  • Maintains a monthly training calendar, ensures and provides ongoing feedback and follows-up on employee and management related challenges;
  • Assists in the creation, implementation and facilitation of F&B outlet Training Plan;
  • Creates and promotes a quality-focused approach to service within the Food & Beverage Outlets;
  • Continuously identifies new ways of improving quality within the department;
  • Reviews and analyzes guests’ feedbacks through monthly comment reports and Logbooks, and other internal audit records;
  • Trains team members on Departmental Operating Standards (SOP’s);
  • Works closely with the F&B outlet Managers to identify and grows high potential line staff, supervisors and Assistant Managers;
  • Assists outlet managers in their operations within peak times when needed;
  • Monitors the staff’s appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism to insure their strict adherence to the company’s standards of quality service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality industry with a minimum of 2 years in a F&B
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • A high degree of professionalism, sound human resources management capabilities, business acumen, energy, creativity, leadership, a team player and determination
  • Projects positive attitude, and outgoing personality
  • Guest oriented
  • Should be able to work long hours with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A confident and dynamic public speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of an organization 
  • Able to communicate in English
