NagaWorld Limited Training & Development  
NagaWorld Limited is a subsidiary of NagaCorp Limited, a Publicly Listed gaming and entertainment company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is the first and best integrated hotel entertainment complex in the fast developing Mekong region.

With the existing NagaWorld complex reaching full capacity on a regular basis, NagaCorp is constructing Naga2 a stone throw away from the current premises. Naga2 will house an additional 800 hotel rooms, 100 luxury suites and a 2500 seat theatre.
Naga City Walk, an exclusive duty free retail mall will connect the two complexes. Naga City Walk is expected to be launched later this year with Naga2 expected to be in operation by June 2017.
In addition to the expansion plan in Cambodia, in 2015, NagaCorp held its groundbreaking ceremony in Vladivostok, Russia for the Primorsky Entertainment Resort City "PERC" project which is expected to be completed in 2018.

Assistant Manager / Manager, Training

** Position based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia **

Job purpose

To help improve the overall performance of the organization through training, development and advice on training, best value and quality initiatives by coordinating the responses to all levels of department.

Develop, Plan and Deliver Programs and Services

  • Manages the implementation and operations of policies and procedures in learning and development and staff capabilities & competencies to support company’s goals and objectives;
  • Analyzes training needs in conjunction with department heads to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs;
  • Designs and develops training and development programs based on both the company’s and the individual's needs;
  • Plans, develops  and sometimes delivers training, including inductions for new staff;
  • Evaluates instructors’ performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement;
  • Trains instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees;
  • Manages training cost including regular analysis, budgeting and forecasting to ensure budgets and expense targets are adhered to accordingly to the company’s requirements.


  • University graduate with major in related field
  • Minimum 5 yrs experience in training and development and human resources functions
  • Experience in design and develop training programs and able to conduct training and coaching effectively
  • Experience working with and utilizing a broad range of training methodologies
