- To assist Department Head in maintaining the smooth operation of the centre
- To ensure the delivery of professional services to customers through monitoring, skill training and coaching
- To handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- To allocate resources effectively in order to meet business targets
- To prepare monthly statistical reports
- University graduate preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated with good organization and planning skill
- Capable to work under pressure
