Claims Administrator
          
Responsibilities:
  • Perform claims activities daily claims operation, internal related enquiry, and maintain high quality service standard.
  • Perform Customer Data Processing
  • Diagnosis & Doctor Coding
  • Indexing, sorting, Scanning
  • Assess claims cases
  • Non clean Case follow up
  • Issue pending/reject letter
  • Conduct Payment processing
  • Draft preliminary claims report
  • Bank Liaison, autopay, shortfall
  • Courier Vendor Liaison
  • Necessary claims Admin task
  • Promote good ARA standards in claims assessment and decisions

Requirements:

  • University graduate (Diploma) or above
  • Relevant administrative working experience (insurance, accounting, business) preferred
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered 
  • Strong customer service mind-set and skill
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, patient, cheerful and positive
  • High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
  • Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
