Service Engineer I

Responsibilities

Provide on-site services & support in maintenance & installation of Computer, Server and storage products.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Related Discipline
• Holder of MCSE, CCNA/CCNP and/or Unix/Linux Certification will be an advantage
• Relevant working experience in on-site/ field customer service preferred
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skill

Service Engineer II

Responsibilties

Provide on-site maintenance and installation services which included hardware configuration and software installation. Good troubleshooting skill and solution to fix PCs, printers and peripherals equipment problems.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Related Discipline
• 1 yr relevant experience is required
• Familiar with Windows Platform(Win 9x, NT, 2000 & XP), Network Topology, Desktop Hardware Configuration, Internet Browser, Anti Virus Application and Desktop Productivity Applications(e.g MS Office suite, Lotus suite)
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
• Good team player, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Immediately available preferred
