Inn Hotel is looking for high caliber and business-oriented professionals to fill in the position of Assistant Housekeeper .
1. Ensure smooth day-to-day operation in Housekeeping.
2. Maintain effective and efficient communication and coordination with the Front Office and other departments of the hotel.
3. To attract, motivate and retain staff. Provide leadership support and is readily accessible to staff.
4. Arrange the work schedule of contractors and spot check the progress physically.
5. Keep records of any renovation, repairs and programs and monitor the progress on schedule.
6. Manage operating expenses to minimize costs while still maintaining excellent guest services.
7. Arrange on the job training for general staff and keep records for future manpower development.
8. Handle complaints and grievance of the staff.
9. Ensure by supervision and control the standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene of the staff whom he / she responsible.
1. A high school diploma is required and a B.A degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of management experience with at least 2 years in Housekeeping management.
3. Good communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
