The successful candidate will be responsible for operational management of a group of stores through developing and motivating store managers and frontline staff to ensure consistent improvement in the delivery of customer proposition.
- Tertiary education or above
- Minimum 8 years management experience in chain store operations or supermarket
- Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of managing a high performance team to achieve business targets
- Strong commercial sense, excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Result-oriented with the ability to adapt and work effectively in a changing environment
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
