Sales Associate 營業員 (期限合約)

主要職務:

Brand Executive - Swatch

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up store operation issues and provide general support to retail team
  • Co-ordinate ordering & logistics services to retail team including inventory, supplies, equipment and uniform
  • Review store inventory level weekly and conduct replenishment allocation on weekly basis with SRS
  • Follow up with stock returns from retail shop and logistic team
  • Assist Brand Manager to prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Check & verify relevant vendors’ invoices with supporting documentation
  • Assist in getting quotations for marketing projects
  • Always ready to accept additional responsibilities and able to deal with multi-tasks by offering professional support when required

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary or above;
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in Retail or branded products;
  • Good organization and communication skills, supportive, detail and analysis oriented;
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Vice President – Mido Macau

Responsibilities:

  • Define brand strategy for Macau Market in line with Brand HQ and local management;
  • Formulates and implements sales and distribution strategies;
  • Organize marketing and communication events;
  • Strengthens brand position control compliancy and consistency of visual merchandising at POS level;
  • Responsible for identification of new locations for corporate stores;
  • Ensures all the activities for new stores openings are fulfilled in line with time and cost of the Business Plan;
  • Supervise the daily operations for corporate stores and act as a coach for the Store Managers;
  • Provide input and arranges training for retailers & corporate stores;
  • Develops and implements sales incentive programs to motivate maximum selling thru in POS;
  • Closely monitor the inventory and the back log ensuring that the goods are ordered, shipped and delivered timely.
  • In coordination with HR Division define organizational structure, hire quality people, coach and provide training where necessary;
  • Responsible for the budget, P&L for the brand;
  • Ensure to maintain a close customer relation helping the customer to stay loyal with the brand and develop CRM initiatives.
     

Requirements: 

  • 8 to 10 years of management position in retail industry
  • Excellent in spoken & written English and Cantonese
  • Deep Market Knowledge, good communication
  • Good Project and People Management skills
  • Good command to computer skills, especially in MS Office.

Boutique Supervisor - Blancpain

Responsibilities:

  • Assists Boutique Manager to achieve both sales and non-sales objectives
  • Supervises sales team and monitor service standard
  • Supports daily operation needs; ensures all sales associates are acting with compliance to SOP
  • Maintain optimal stock level and condition as well as boutique environment
  • Works as a team motivator with other sales associates to ensure customer satisfaction and good team spirit
  • Supports and/or undertakes project work as required, undertaking any initiatives identified and/or designated to promote the boutique sales, customer satisfaction and database recruitment and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary school or above
  • 6 years working experience in retail in luxury retail

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost effective recruitment strategies to build a robust candidate
  • pipeline and make solid succession plans to meet talent requirements for the brands / divisions;
  • Build ‘employer of choice’ brand in Macau’s retail industry by organizing recruitment fair and search for potential candidates through different effective channels;
  • Implement assessment tools to ensure the candidates possess the right skills, experience, background and attitude for open position;
