Accounting Officer - Macau

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily reconciliation of retail shop’s sales from RMS system against different payment methods.
  • Maintain systematic and tidy filing of all credit card slips.
  • Deposit cheque settlements to banks.
  • Input and posting of all receipt vouchers
  • Prepare marketing expense reports to Brands.
  • Attend stock take according to pre-defined time table for POS.

Requirements:

  • 3 years and above relevant working experience 
  • Good computer skills specially in Microsoft Office; Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage
  • Hard working and a team player
  • Good command of English, Cantonese

Executive Assistant to Country Manager - Macau

Responsibilities:

  • To manage the schedule of the Country Manager (CM) including but not limited to appointments, meetings and conference calls both internally and externally;
  • Attend CM meetings preparing Agendas and taking Minutes, distributing to all relevant stakeholders before/afterwards; 
  • Acts as liaison for senior management team in conjunction with managing CM schedule;
  • Book all local and international travel arrangements for CM and Senior Management team;
  • Oversee office administration liaising with vendors to procure/organise, stationary, courier services, cleaning & maintenance services for Macau office;
  • Provide assistance in the organisation of team building activities for wider company;
  • Supervise and monitor office Reception team and office Tea Lady’s schedule.

Requirements:

  • 6 - 8 years or above relevant working experience 
  • Good communication skills and organizational skills
  • Good computer skills specially in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Talent Acquisition and Performance Manager - Macau

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost effective recruitment strategies to build a robust candidate
  • pipeline and make solid succession plans to meet talent requirements for the brands / divisions;
  • Build ‘employer of choice’ brand in Macau’s retail industry by organizing recruitment fair and search for potential candidates through different effective channels;
  • Implement assessment tools to ensure the candidates possess the right skills, experience, background and attitude for open position;
  • To keep an up-to-date candidate database that can be followed up for future vacancies;
  • Develop training strategy and policies to understand the training needs from all Brands / Division;
  • Liaise with training vendors to offer appropriate training courses, conduct field visits to ensure training are executed and evaluate training results;
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new hires. 


Requirements:

  • 8-10 years or above relevant working experience in which has solid recruiting techniques; 
  • Candidate who possess recruitment project experience is an added advantage;
  • Possess good people management skills, communication and negotiation skills; 
  • Good computer skills specially in Microsoft Office;
  • Fluent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Retail Business Development Manager - Macau

Responsibilities:

  • To identify potential sites and properties to support Brands’ retail development;
  • To be responsible in preparation of annual / mid-term retail development strategy based on brands’ strategic development;
  • To be responsible in leading the process of selection of sites and to undertake the feasibility and due diligence studies;
  • To be responsible in leading the process of all property related commercial negotiations including lease preparations for new sites and renewal of existing sites;
  • Keep abreast of Macau’s property market information and maintain good relationship with landlords;
  • To be part of the board of senior management in O Grupo Swatch (Macau) Limitada and to have positive contribution to the operational excellence.
     

Requirements:

  • 10 years or above relevant working experience in which 4-6 years in managerial role preferably representing either landlord or retail brand;
  • Good computer skills specially in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Boutique Manager – Jaquet Droz

Requirements: 

  • To manage sales, operation and staff development areas for boutique to achieve maximum profitability, compliance with company procedures and excellence in customer service so to build up brand image
  • Post -Secondary school or above
  • At least 6 years working experience in retail, preferable in luxury / watch retail
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office and e-mail handling
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

 

Training Manager - Omega

Responsibilities: 

  • To support and oversee the day to day training of both frontline Retail and Wholesale teams in Omega Macau.
  • In line with HQ, implement and deliver training programs into the Omega Macau providing both boutiques and wholesale accounts with up to date knowledge of the OMEGA brand.
  • Formulate, conduct and monitor all trainings according to the latest business needs, trends and future development.

Requirements:

  • University degree or above
  • 5 years working experience in retail field, in training company or in-house training department of sizable company.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office and advanced level in PowerPoint
  • Fluent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

 

Boutique Manager – Omega

Requirements: 

  • To achieve the sales target and maintain daily operations of the boutique
  • Secondary school or above

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up store operation issues and provide general support to retail team

  • Analyze SKU’s productivity and recommend assortments and core range for each store
  • Prepare monthly reports to relevant parties
  • Assist in getting quotations for marketing projects

  • Perform sales supervision in the selling floor and motivate shop sales to achieve shop sales objectives through staff coaching and follow-up
  • Take charge of the general shop administration to keep the operation runs smoothly

Requirements:

  • Secondary school and above;
  • At least 4 years working experience in retail;
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
