Administrative Assistant
          
  • Job Duties:

    • Organize class schedules, appointments and process enrollment;
    • Provide course details and suggestion to parents;
    • Take care the students;
    • Prepare class materials with teachers;
    • Process paper work for center.

     

  • Requirements:

    • Adore children and be passionate;
    • Fair English and Cantonese speaker;
    • Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays;
    • Working experience in sales and customer service / education is an advantage;

     

  • Benefits:

    • Salary range between MOP11,500 to MOP13,500 plus commission;
    • Year-end double pay;
    • Central Provident Fund;
    • Group medical insurance;
    • Less than 40 working hours per week;
    • Professional training in Hong Kong will be provided.
