Manager, Events & Promotions - 030693
          

Events & Promotions Manager is responsible for all gaming promotion and event activities in the Brand & Marketing Management department, job duties include but not limited to planning, organizing and directing all activities for gaming businesses. Control expenses and budgets to achieve business expectation and goals set by the management.

 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists Senior Manager, Events & Promotions, in managing all key business relationships internally
and externally to ensure smooth implementation of all sorts of promotion activities
  • Manage various marketing initiatives and projects to ensure all promotional activities are executedeffectively
  • Develop program strategies to improve and broaden customer databases through programs
  • Manage DICJ Compliance & probity management
  • Deliver revenue and profit growth on casino promotions and events.
  • Maintain effective communication with club, operation teams and develop excellent promotionprograms to all patrons.
  • Accurate reporting of programs on a timely basis
  • Manage Events & Promotions team members in terms of delegating responsibilities and trackperformances; identify methods to enhance performances and improve productivity
  • Deliver internal and external communications
  • Analyse data on promotions and events

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Three years or more experiences in gaming management field
  • Displays high commitment to improve customer services
  • Motivate others to achieve business objectives and common goals
  • Encourages people to work as a team
  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
Education 
  • Degree Holder
  • Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications
Skills / Competencies 
  • Excellent interpersonal and event management skills with strong customer service orientation
  • Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals
  • Encourages people to work as a team
  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
  • Work under pressure
