Administrator / 行政人員

Job Title: Administrator

 

The Job

 

Premium Collection:

  • Collect premium and issue receipts to clients
  • Register and handle the submission of new application forms and policy requests

 

Customer Services:

  • Provide direct services to walk-in clients and agents
  • Handle enquiries from clients and agents
  • Provide general administrative supports to the operation team, i.e. data input, contract binding, filing, etc
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager

 

The Person

  • Diploma/ Degree holder with at least 2 years office administration experience preferably with customer service experience
  • Detail oriented and work with accuracy
  • Proficient in Chinese and English
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good computer knowledge in office applications
  • Knowledge of insurance operations is preferred

  • 良好電腦技巧,例如微軟辦公軟件
  • 能夠獨立處理及應付上司委派的工作
