Sales Admin. Assistant
          

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for different BUs including but not limited to billing, Shipping Instructions which required by L/C or customers.
  • Co-ordinate with different team located in Macau, HK and China to timely solved all documentation issues.
  • Prioritize the work tasks and ensure documents can be timely submitted.
  • Responsible to prepare and follow up any documents for Audit purpose.
  • Assistant in prepare regular reports for management review.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business / related field preferred
  • Knowledge of L/C, Shipping documents and logistic operation procedure will have advantage
  • Computer knowledge especially in MS Office with experience in SAP preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Hard working and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work overtime and in holiday when necessary
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Macau resident a must
