Nextra (Macau) Limited is a rapidly expanding marketing company. Based in Macau, Nextra dedicates to develop and offer innovative marketing strategies and advices to clients for helping them enhance the business performance and competitiveness of their products / services.

We are now inviting caliber candidate to apply for the position of

HR & Admin Assistant

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage the daily operations HR work and handle enquiries from employee

  • To manage the employee benefits packages such as medical insurance and any other benefits programs

  • To coordinate with hiring managers and candidates, and lead the interview arrangement and schedule

  • To assist the HR team as a whole, to improve full spectrum of HR functions including employee retention and relations, employee development etc.

  • To manage stocks for stationery and pantry

  • To assist in organizing employee activities

  • To carry out any other ad hoc projects as assigned and offer general team support

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications, with working experience in office administration and guest services highly preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • Mature, diligent, plus innovative, detail-oriented and problem solving skills, able to work under tight deadlines

  • Excellent and professional communications and interpersonal skills, with good command of verbal and written English, Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage

  • Macau driving License holder

  • Immediate availability preferred

Work hours: 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday

Accounting Assistant.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the book-keeping of 3 Macau companies independently

  • Produce reports for month end closing

  • Work as a team and support other team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Accounting

  • Able to work with minimal supervision and independently

  • Knowledge in MYOB a plus

Work hours: 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday
