Assistant Account Manager

Job Responsibilities: - Ensure that service agreement requirements are fulfilled and work to ensure customer satisfaction with company services
- Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure all the problems are settled timely
- Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to personnel
- Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings, plan and prepare presentations
- Protect company's value by keeping information confidential
- Coordinate recruitment and/or selection of personnel
- Supervise and oversee the team work results by coaching and disciplining
- Establish and monitor team work schedules
- Evaluate costs and revenue of agreements to determine continued profitability
Job Requirements: - University graduated
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Minimum 3-4 years experience, preferably in a busy service business
- Have previous management, F&B, or sales experience
- Possess the ability to identify and solve problems, set goals and expectations, delegate responsibilities, and effectively interact with and lead a team
- Familiar with MS Office
- Macau ID holder only
