Officer – Policy Administration Responsibilities: - To issue insurance policy documents
- To answer phone calls and handle enquiries from customers
- To assist in process automation and system development initiatives
- To participate in any projects or tasks as assigned by superiors
Requirements: - Form 6 graduate or above with minimum 1 year of working experience in insurance industry or administration field
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Responsible, organized and self driven
- Client-focused and able to work under pressure
