Accounting & Administrative Supervisor

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • In charge of supervising accounting professionals

  • Prepare full set of accounting including month-end closing, group consolidation, cost analysis and cash flow forecast and project budgeting

  • Review journal entries and ensure entries are recorded timely and accurately

  • Oversee proper and smooth running of daily finance operations (AR, AP, settlement, payment, fixed assets, GL, expenses, etc.)

  • Prepare information for tax filing or other statutory reporting to government agencies

  • Liaising with clients regarding administrative correspondence

  • Booking and preparing documents for client meetings and take minutes

  • Assist to run projects as required

  • Processing and administering payroll, deal with employment tax and social welfare declaration

  • Maintaining human resources files and databases

  • Assist and accomplish tasks assigned by department head

Qualifications

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 year of accounting experience (commercial or public accounting)

  • Professional certification will be an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work with minimal supervision in a team

  • Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite products

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Obey all reasonable order issued by supervisor

Administrative Officer

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients regarding administrative correspondence

  • Booking and preparing documents for client meetings and take minutes

  • Prepare documents including correspondence, reports, draft, and emails

  • Assist to run projects as required

  • Processing and administering payroll, deal with employment tax and social welfare declaration

  • Maintaining human resources files and databases

  • Assist and accomplish tasks assigned by department head
     

Requirements

 

  • University degree in administration, human resource management or other relevant disciplines

  • At least one year of relevant work experience

  • Professional certification will be an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work with minimal supervision in a team

  • Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite products

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Obey all reasonable order issued by supervisor
