Administration Assistant

 

工作內容

Job Description

 

•Provide all rounded office administration, human resources and accounting support to the company

•Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties on HR & Admin related issues

•Ensure the daily office operations and activities are compliance to company & quality policies and practices

•Handle payroll and submit returns to labor department

•Apply work permit for staff

•Handle petty cash and liaise with Accounting department in data entry

•Maintain good filing system and other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

職位要求

Job Requirement

 

•University graduate in any discipline

•With 1-2 years Admin or Accounting/HR experience

•Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English

•Familiar with labor laws in Macau and related regulations

•Well-organized, pro-active and with good and positive working attitude

•With good communication skills

•Flexible, helpful and is a good team player

•Good PC skills (MS word and excel)

•Immediately available is highly preferred
