Objective Summary
To assist Retail Operations Manager to supervise & manage all retail operations of Macau Matters in Hong Kong & Macau

Responsibilities
1. Work as a retail management team to drive & maximize sales
2. Lead & supervisor store team to provide excellent customer service & maintain best visual merchandising
3. Recruit, train & develop store personnel to cope with company goal
4. Ensure Stock Shrinkage are well managed and met with company target, supervise & monitor all shops “In Store Transfer” including warehouse to store & store to store
5. Able to establish retail process & procedures that can support retail shops expansion. Support retail team in new store start up.

Requirement
1. Tertiary Education, 5 years working experience in which over 3 years solid retail store management experience
2. Good coordination and communication skills, must be a team player
3. Mature, results oriented with ability to work under pressure & independently, organized & self motivated. Able to manage project independently
4. Detail & customer oriented, sensitive to commercial market
5. PC & MS applications knowledge and good written and spoken English & Cantonese; plus Mandarin. Maintain organized records for all retail stores activities.
