Customer Service Engineer
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the followings. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfill optimum efficiency of this position:
- Provide technical support of banking equipment product on customers' site.
- Software and hardware maintenance for existing systems.
- System installation.
- Provide technical training to end users and internal staff.
Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma holder in mechanical / electronic engineering or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working experience in machinery maintenance. Fresh graduate will be also considered if the attitude is good.
- Strong communication skill & problem solving skill.
- Logical thinking, proactive, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to successfully manage several projects simultaneously.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus)
