Job Responsibilities · Oversee the management and operation of the HR Administration team and Expatriate Management team, including all aspects of developing functional expertise and servicing to customers · Managing the balance of foreign and local labour for the company group of properties · Formulating strategic and tactical approaches to maximise the quality and supply of labour to the business, and work closely with Government Departments, third party labour agents and internal HR teams · Ensures compliance with regulatory and legal requirements as it relates to foreign labour and operational people management for the company group of properties · Take a lead role in planning, development and co-ordination of human resource strategies and policies in partnership with business partners, and in consultation with senior management and the Business Unit HR teams · Initiates, develops and communicates HR process and associated policies in partnership with Business Units to ensure effectiveness and understanding · Establishes and maintains efficient operations in line with service level agreements and in line with regulatory compliance requirements · Promotes effective communication within the HR team, and with other functions and Business Units
Job Requirements · Degree holder in HR, Business Management or related discipline · Extensive experience in human resource management with culturally diverse groups, preferably in Hotel industry · Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across the company, and with external parties · Superb relationship management skills in handling sensitive and difficult situations · Ability to make good judgment with, at times, limited information · Energetic, flexible and able to embrace a fast paced working environment · Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, both written and spoken mandatory To Apply For This Position Please send your resume (in WORD format) to:maggiechoi@macauhr.com.
