Responsibilities:

• Evaluate shop staff positioning
• Manage daily sales and operation of the shop
• Maintain efficient staff evaluation system
• Provide fast and efficient stock transfers
• Increase productivity and achieve monthly sales target
• Provide quality service, product and client support
• Investigate market news and trends, and analyze competitors
• Submit reports and sales analysis on time
• Provide analysis and accurate information for buying team
• Calculate seasonal purchase budgets and shop targets

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• At least 5 years of related experience
• Fluent speaking in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Station in Macau & travel to China
