·          Tertiary educated.

·          3+ years experience in similar capacity with professional & technical skills to operate café.

·          Ability to manage the overall daily cafe operations independently including inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and training of employees.

·          Influencing power to drive team work and to excel the quality standard set.

·          Good communication, good customer service and strong organization skills.

·          Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

·          Flexibility to work any day of the week and any shift

Job Description

1.            Key in-charge of daily operation of café

2.            Monitor the Cafe daily operations of the store(s) to ensure the store(s) is properly staffed, stocked and organized.

3.            Work directly with the Baristas, Retail providing guidance and supervision.

4.            Control of quality of product & service.

5.            Monitor the inventory of all raw materials & consumables and handle such replenishment.

6.            Routine administration work.

7.            Manage and monitor daily performance.

8.            Perform the in-line task during Peak / unexpected shortage of staff.

9.            Directly assist guests with purchases when required.

10.        Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

11.        Monitor the processing of shrinkage on consumables.

12.        Maintain the visual appearance of the store with creative displays.

13.        Work with Category Manager to review F&B ranges in order to suggest deletions and new items properly.

14.        Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

15.        Supervise, mentor, train, schedule and evaluate Team Members.
