General Manager (Ref: MAC-GM) Job Specifications: -
Responsible for delivering store profit goals and company objectives through the achievement of sales targets, margin targets and managing store expenses -
Oversee all functional aspects of the day-to-day management of the store -
Ensure store presentations are up to the required standard and in line with our luxury retail strategies and vendor specifications -
Lead and motivate a store team effectively to provide a consistently high level of customer service -
Work closely with Talent Management to recruit, train and develop a team capable of meeting business needs in delivering quality service and sales performance -
Build and maintain excellent relationship with business partners -
To keep abreast with new business development opportunities Requirements: -
Minimum 10 years experience in luxury retail industry of which 3-5 years in senior Retail Store Management role -
Possess strong business acumen, ambitious, result-oriented, self-initiating, analytical and problem solving skills; and -
Relevant business and retail store development experience -
Demonstrate strong leadership , interpersonal and people management skills -
