  Technical Manager
 
   

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise a team of System Engineers to provide installation and maintenance support to various customer groups
· Manage daily operation of support team in meeting customer’s requirement
· Provide 2nd line support in fault escalation
· Assist in large-scale project implementation

Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in computer science, IT, engineering or a related discipline
· 5 years or above working experiences in field support in LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Wireless network security applications including firewall & VPN
· Sound knowledge with hands on skills in Anti-Virus, Backup, Directory Services and Microsoft Exchange solution
· Certifications in CCNP and MCSE
· Excellent communication and leadership skills with strong initiative
· Able to think analytically and solve problems effectively
· Excellent command of spoken and written English
