Technical Manager
Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of System Engineers to provide installation and maintenance support to various customer groups - Manage daily operation of support team in meeting customer’s requirement - Provide 2nd line support in fault escalation - Assist in large-scale project implementation Requirements: - Bachelor degree in computer science, IT, engineering or a related discipline - 5 years or above working experiences in field support in LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Wireless network security applications including firewall & VPN - Sound knowledge with hands on skills in Anti-Virus, Backup, Directory Services and Microsoft Exchange solution - Certifications in CCNP and MCSE - Excellent communication and leadership skills with strong initiative - Able to think analytically and solve problems effectively - Excellent command of spoken and written English |
