Responsibilities
1. To assist the manager in ensuring the technical team to operate in efficient and effective manner
2. To assist in set up and review operation policies and training for staff
3. To assist, prepare and review preventive maintenance schedule and to arrange and monitor for the maintenance work for the designated property portfolio
4. To assist in reviewing and monitoring the performance of the maintenance contractors and suppliers
5. To assist in preparing annual maintenance budget
Requirements
1. A holder of a degree or diploma in relevant discipline, i.e. Building Services, Engineering
2. 2 years relevant experience
3. Strong leadership and effective communications skills
4. Strong sense of self-discipline & responsibility
5. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
Working Location will be at Taipa
