Table Games Assistant Shift Managers
- University degree in / Gaming / Hospitality / Tourism or equivalent. -To assist the Shift manager in the overall operation of all Table Games during an assigned shift. Reports directly to the Shift Manager on duty or above.
-Strong organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, within established deadlines and attention to detail, possess math skills, manual dexterity to work on computers, bend and twist without restrictions.
-Develops and implements checklists, inspection procedures, policies and internal control tests, make evaluations and modifications.
-Issues written and oral instructions, assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures, orientate, train, manage and discipline staff.
-Responsible for the day to day operation of all table games during an assigned shift.
-Supervises all table games personnel during an assigned shift. Makes scheduling adjustments according to company needs on a weekly and or daily basis.
-Represent the company to attend meetings, tournaments and other functions that may be held on or off property.
-Able to work in a smoke filled and noisy environment while standing or walking for long periods of time.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in the gaming Industry. -Two years in an Table Games Assistant Shift Managers position or equivalent work related experience. - Excellent communication skills, English and Chinese may be required for this role. - Shift duty is required for this role; shifts may require rotation. - Interested candidate please kindly send your resume to: personnel@hotelkingsway.com.mo.
