Estate Manager

Responsibilities 1. To oversee the day to day operation of a designated property portfolio 2. To prepare and monitor annual management budget and expenses 3. To negotiate and supervise contractors and consultants works 4. To arrange tenders/contracts for management and maintenance work 5. To attend Owners Committee meetings 6. To maintain good relationship with occupants and organize promotional activities 7. To liaise with the Government authorities and public bodies
Requirements 1. Be a degree holder with relevant professional qualification in Housing Management, MCIH, AHKIS or ARICS 2. Have a minimum of 7 years’ solid experience in property / estate management field for premier commercial and residential properties and 5 years of which should be at managerial level 3. Be customer oriented with pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Possess effective problem solving, organizing and leadership skills 5. Have excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is preferred 6. Be a able to work independently and under heavy pressure.
