Assistant Manager-Business Analysis & Training

Responsibilities 1. Data collection in terms of salary and benefit package from local employment market and present the data in a legible manner 2. Manage market analysis projects and provide recommendations to business units 3. Liaise with external association, institute and government departments in collection of data 4. Training Needs Analysis and supporting the team to develop Training Strategy 5. To develop, deliver and implement training initiatives and solutions 6. Extensive experience in writing and developing training materials within the function 7. To communicate with external training consultant and local associations for design of training 8. To assist in the administration and maintain of training program
Requirements 1. A holder of degree in relevant discipline i.e. HRM, HRD 2. Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in training and development with 3-4 year in supervisory role 3. Experience of working in an operational environment 4. Good presentation and analytical skills 5. Excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with line managers 6. Good PC skills especially in MS Office 7. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 8. Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
