Assistant Admin. Manager
Responsibility: l Develop and implement office administration policy and procedure l Responsible for the daily administration activities, renovation and maintenance l Assist in ad-hoc project l Handle full spectrum of office administration functions including office renovation, stationery order, office equipment, maintenance and phone system l Formulate and implement administration policies and procedures in line with corporate compliance and ISO requirement l Prepare and manage admin budget, analyze operating expenses for cost saving l Assist in developing and managing HRIS system, leave system and e-filing system l Supervise Receptionist and Tea Lady Requirements: l Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline l Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Administration Functions in F&B retail industry is preferable l Experience in ISO9001 management l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese l Mature, independent, ability to work independently and under pressure l Immediate availability is highly preferred |
