Job Description
Your first responsibility will be to build and manage a high-performance team of QA Specialists to perform basic software design validation and ad-hoc testing, using scripts and automation to replace manual intervention in pre-flight regression testing wherever practical. You will select, design and implement test framework solutions which manage builds, test execution, reporting and deployments to development, staging and production environments. You will work with development managers and system analysts to help design and develop test plans, and ensure the regular execution of their tests.

Qualifications

• At least 3 - 4 years' experience in managing teams through multiple product release cycles, preferably having built teams from scratch in the process, strong knowledge in formalizing quality processes, establishing quality governance model and implementation of QA strategy and methodology.
• Deep hands-on QA experience, having worked on the design and implementation of a test automation framework, testing software on different platform mixture (Linux, Windows, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc)
• Experience in test-first development process is highly desired
• Strong knowledge in UI (Web) automation testing
• Experience building and maintaining large, complex software systems with exceptional problem solving, organization, and communication skills
• Knowledge of software configuration, source control, scripting and system administration
  Comfort with OOPL such as Ruby, Java or C++; proficiency in the Linux environment, and fluent in SQL and RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server) concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with distributed transaction-processing systems, online gaming concepts, or asynchronous messaging technology is a big plus
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field
• International experience is a plus
• Fluency (oral and written) in Chinese and English is mandatory
• Firm belief in teamwork and being an enthusiastic team player
