Assistant Sales Manager

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading team of Sales Executives and Customer Service Officers
• Developing new product and work with the web design, media partner, and training division for providing diversification of the services provided by the company
• Determining major and small Clients to ensure that each Sales Executive have a fair share of the Accounts
• Developing strong Client relationship with the major account base and continue to grow the existing account with bigger revenue spending
• Creating unique and creative ideas for the thematic promotion monthly and quarterly basis to ensure we keep up with current market competition
• Working on the budget for the company overall revenue target and setting different target for each sales executives
• Report directly to Sales & Marketing General Manager on the achievement of the overall sales target revenue for the company
• Ensuring good team work and achieving team target quota each month. Creating harmony within the team and other department

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• Minimum of 2~3 years sales and managerial experience
• Good mentor and be able to train the team independently
• Excellent communication skill and negotiation skills
• Good presentation skill and have the dynamic ability to create and adapt with the changes within company
