Requirements · At least 3 years of relevant experience in casino marketing in the managerial level. · Understanding of casino marketing systems and players development. · Familiar with Chinese gaming culture and advantage. · Sales & event management experience are preferred. · Detailed understanding of casino marketing tools, VIP customer survey reports, and marketing reinvestment reports preferred. · Ability to responds to common inquiries or complains from customers and employees. · Ability to communicate one-on-one and to groups to explain policies and procedures. · Ability to effectively present information and suggestions to executives. · Highly proficient in English, mandarin and Cantonese languages. · Mature personality with good communication skills.
